About Me

World championship racing sailor, university degree from the Haarlem Business School, grew up in Optis and Lasers. After a career in finance, I’ve captained a 40m custom built three mast schooner in the Seychelles, a 33m custom built traditional wooden ketch in the US and Bahamas, a 23m power vessel in the West Med, 20m catamarans in the Caribbean and most recently captain of a 19m carbon sloop in the Med.

I’m looking to attain a captain position of a sailing yacht that will allow me to apply the extensive skills and knowledge I have garnered through a lifetime of sailing, both competitively and professionally.
